What to Expect When You Call
Though we receive hundreds of calls and perform numerous client interviews, we limit our practice to ten new cases each year. We take only the few cases that are the right fit for both us and the client, allowing us to devote substantial time and effort to each case. This does not mean that we will not take a challenging or seemingly impossible case.
If we and the client mutually determine to proceed, we will meet for a consultation, either in person or via telephone. This initial interview usually lasts between two to three hours, during which time we attempt to gain a detailed understanding of the issues related to the client's disability insurance claim. We may then work to develop a fee arrangement that aligns our interests with those of our client, focusing on efficiency and success.
